My Passion.

My name is Craig Richards. I’m originally from South Carolina but moved to Atlanta, GA in 2015. I graduated from college with a degree in Exercise Science and Physiology.

I believe personal training should be individual focused, not cookie cutter, and I want to provide an experience that is catered to you and your needs. It’s your journey, and it is my privileged to be apart of it and to guide you along the way.

Outside of the gym you can find me watching UGA football and Duke basketball, listening to a good podcast, and enjoying the great outdoors.

What People Are Saying

Coach Craig has enabled me to exceed my fitness goals. His programming keeps me engaged and feeling healthy!

— Miguel P.

Craig’s training has given me the confidence to get back in the gym. His programming is straightforward with specific goals in mind. Even as an online client, I know I have the support I need to reach my goals.

— ELIZABETH B.

I have worked out with trainers since I was 30 years old. Now as a 55 year old, I have endured a lifetime of injuries, most minor but some significant. Craig is sensitive to me weaknesses and trains me accordingly. He listens to my concerns, my aches, my pains, and then uses a science-based approach to help me continue to improve my strength and mobility. Craig is extremely professional, always on time for our appointments (early in fact), maintains accurate records to chart my progress, and communicates very well. Craig is by far the best trainer with whom I have ever worked with.

— Brian S.

The older you get the more difficult the workout. It hurts more, and it’s harder to stick with. Craig continuously delivers a workout program that is safe, interesting, and very effective. He understands my need for mobility and expertly instructs on how to prevent or even repair old injuries while still getting a good workout. Most of all, Craig is a lot of fun, which makes me want to work out!
